Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:

Customers may apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they have quality defects.

Return Application Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email (service@priticks-shop.shop) with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a detailed reason for the return. After your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and specific return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing Timeline &Return Shipping Address:

Official Return Address: All returned products must be shipped to our official return warehouse address: Unit 903, Building 7, Sheng Shuangxi City, No.9 Qinxian North Street, Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province 030006, China.

Please write down your order number on the outer package of the return parcel for quick identification and processing. 

Inspection Period: After we receive the returned product, we will conduct an inspection within 3–5 business days. 

Refund Processing Time: Once the inspection is completed and the return is confirmed to be valid, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Fund Arrival Note: The refund will be credited to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your financial institution, generally 1–3 business days. 

Special Provisions:

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products received: Please contact customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing relevant photos or videos as evidence. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund (including the original shipping fee) at no additional cost to you. 

Shipping fees for orders with a subtotal of less than $15 are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our company’s errors (e.g., wrong product, quality issues).
